"Oscar Rideshare is the dodgiest setup I have come across in awhile. This company has proceeded to charge me for just checking if there was a driver available on the app, not for actually using the service. Btw there is no drivers for Oscar in my local area. So therefore I should not have been charged. The app is meant to be a free download and not have any charges associated unless you book a ride, which is not the case. The excess fee's should be clearly stated in the app description."
